Doctors are raving about this Tropical Loophole

I never thought that after years of marriage and having children, I would be concerned about my husband leaving me. But what seemed to be a nightmare at first, turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me!
My mother once told me:
“Your body will never look the same after having kids.”
All she was trying to do at the time was to to scare me off boys… Little did she know that those words stuck with me for my whole life!
As soon as I had kids, there was my excuse as to why I struggled keeping the pounds off. I never blamed all the chocolate, soda and ice cream and poor food choices I made daily.
And I actually did try a few things to change this outcome.
✔️ Tried Exercising
✔️ Cutting out sugar
✔️ Cutting out carbs
✔️ Only having healthy, whole ingredients
And no matter what I did, the results were basically the same. The scale would hardly move week after week… And I would always remember what my mom said about having kids, and I would go right back to to eating meals I like.
The freezing Boston winters made it easy to overlook my weight, but the warmer summers pushed me to make a change.
I did look for professional help. After seeing several doctors, I found out that I had high blood pressure and cholesterol. Honestly, all the tests felt like a waste of money when one doctor told me “that’s what happens when you get older”.
No matter how many more excuses I heard from other people or from my own self, I never stopped feeling miserable and depressed.
In Boston I looked after our home while my husband was always busy working. We didn’t have much of a social life because he had a lot of work meetings and events to attend.
Everything changed when we moved to Florida and he discovered his newfound free time and love for life! He knew a lot of old work colleagues that had retired in the area too. Everyday he met up with them, enjoying the beaches, but for me it was too embarrassing to even think about wearing a bikini.
I couldn’t even relax around our own private pool… what would my husband think when he got home? What he’d think about his wife in comparison to all the other half-my-size women in Florida. I was feeling hopeless and I finally turned to an old friend from back home.
After hearing me cry my heart out, she told me about a ‘Simple Evening Routine” both her and her husband were trying and getting amazing results..
She tried explaining that this biological loophole is 10X more effective for her, than exercise or eating strict.. I did not really know what it was, and honestly I could care less at that point. All I wanted to know was how it could help me.
Could it fixed all my problems?
After all, this wasn’t the retirement I dreamt of… Being surrounded by golden beaches that I can’t enjoy.
I Sat at home alone every day, struck with jealousy because I refused to join him and his friends. Up to that point all I knew was failed diets, useless doctors and health experts advice, feeling depressed and hopeless.
But then it was like a switch had been flicked. My gut began to shrink once I started implementing this to my evening routine.
I even went to see a doctor again and found out it had reduced my blood pressure and cholesterol down!
🔘 How much high intensity exercises or cardio you do…
🔘 How many diets you go on, cutting out your favorite foods…
🔘 Missing out on the best snacks…
🔘 Not eating after a certain time and feeling hungry at night…
🔘 Or even genes or aging (thanks doctor for that lie!)
I know my Mom didn’t realize the lasting effect of what she said to me, but the doctors are a different story! It’s like they want you to feel you’re broken, that it’s your fault!
But I can now finally say, it’s not!
This ‘Evening Routine’ changed everything for me.
✔️ My cravings disappeared
✔️ I Sleep all the way through the night
✔️ Started eating all my favorite foods with no guilt
✔️ Proved my Mom wrong and saw my “baby bump” shrink into a once again flat tummy
✔️ Totally new wardrobe – except a couple of things I’d kept from my 20’s that I can actually fit in again!!!
✔️ And of course lots of bikinis 🙂
You have to do something every day to stay healthy.
The choices are:
1) Waste hours a day worrying about what food you should be eating and how much you should exercise.
2) Do this routine every evening.
Of course I picked option “2” and I am so passionate about sharing this with everyone. I want to see other people start their own amazing transformation!
Being in my 60’s I’m now feeling younger than ever! No longer stuck at home, overridden with jealousy.
I can finally enjoy the beautiful beaches and days out with my husband and all our friends.
But on the odd occasion I do choose to stay at home, this is how he finds me when he gets back 😉
